Webmaster's comment : Well, what can I say ? Just like my fellow webmaster from the "Belgian New Beat Info File" I have to admit this compilation has only just a few New Beat related tracks. I have no idea what they were trying to do, but judging by the compiled tracks it seems like they had their eye on the market-share being kept by another compilation-series released by the Dutch company Arcade, more specifically the Turn Up The Bass-CD's. I see no other reason why they were moving away this far from their previous releases. They dropped the "New Beat" label from this CD as well, so it could be expected, but nevertheless there must have been more interesting titles to put on the compilation... The successor, Take 7 - Skizzo, at least knows what it wants : great electronic dance music ;-) So go check that out instead...
